Southwest Chicken Salad

My friend and I took the elevator and went to the cafeteria! Check their menu and the cheapest we could get is in the salad section. Scroll from up to bottom to select which one – and my friend suggested to me, “Southwest Chicken Salad.” I have to think if this would be something that I would eat, but when my friend had me try it, I was hooked from the first bite!
To live frugally, I started looking for the recipe online so I can prepare the salad myself. I checked the ingredients and recipe directions, and it is easy to make. As I scrolled down the recipe card, the ingredients caught my eye – it is a recipe filled with lots of flavors, textures, and colors to keep things fresh and interesting. It is nutritious, and very tasty.
