Amazing Day at Lavender Festival
It was a beautiful Sunday morning just after we came from church for our Sunday Mass, my husband and I, my sister-in-law and her husband jumped into the car and off we went to the lovely Annual Lavender Festival!
The Lavender’s Festival at 123 Farm is one of Southern California’s largest organic lavender farm. The farm is in Cherry Valley, CA and nestled within the historic property now known as Highland Springs Ranch & Inn which dates to 1884 when at that time it was a stagecoach stop and later developed into a health resort in the late 1920s.
The Lavender Festival at 123 Farm is seasonal. This year, the farm started celebrating the blooming of their organic lavender from May 6-July 31, 2022. This is our first time to go to the Lavender Festival and as soon as we arrived
on the ground, we walked to the lavender fields to take pictures and stroll the purple sea of organic lavender – it was quite a sight. Then, we headed back to the festival lawn, relaxed a little bit while listening to the live concert. There are a lot of activities to choose from – like a couple of workshops, lavender-infused food, drinks and desserts and shopping at the lavender-themed marketplace. It is a wonderful way to enjoy the summer weather while doing some shopping in.
Our day is full of memories of another wonderful day, and it was the most aromatic day tour I ever had!
