Exploring Nature’s Beauty!
Spending a weekend at Mt. Palomar was indeed an amazing experience! Our main purpose was to see the Palomar Observatory and the famous Hale Telescope but due to the dangerous conditions created by snow and ice on the roads and walkways – the Palomar Observatory was closed. That didn’t stop us enjoying our weekend getaway – we went strolling on the side of the mountain close to the observatory and just enjoyed the stunning views of the surrounding area and the unique nature of the mountain. We explored the flora and fauna of the mountain, as well as the history and culture of the area. It was a very relaxing day and beautiful day exploring Nature’s Beauty!
